Shipping & Delivery

Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No hidden fees at checkout.

Tracking links may take 3–5 business days to update after your order has been shipped. Don't worry – your package is on its way. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

If your package is lost in transit, we will resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund. Please contact our support team for assistance.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us immediately so we can correct it. Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately can't change the address.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Simply contact our support team with your order number, and we'll provide you with the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • If we sent the wrong item, please contact us right away with photos. We'll ship you the correct product immediately at no extra cost.

  • If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Yes – prices are displayed in your local currency automatically at checkout.
  • Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to keep your information safe.
  • Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are already being processed and can't be modified.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your full name and order number, and we'll resend the confirmation.
